Rates are per person per night based in double occupancy and quoted in U.S dollar.
Reservation Policy:
- One night payment is required as initial deposit to guarantee your room reservations
- For bookings made within 29 days prior to the arrival, full payment is mandatory.
- All Bookings must be paid in Full 30 days prior arrival date (Regular Booking and Promotions)
Cancellations Policy:
- Cancellation 31 days or more will incur in a $80.00 US processing fee.
- Cancellations from 30 to 1 days prior of arrival date, 2 nights will be charged as a penalty.
- NO SHOWS: A Penalty of total stay will be applicable for No Shows
- EARLY CHECK OUTS: Unused nights are non refundable.
Important Notes:
American Express (All American Express charges are in pesos at the exchange rate of the day and only 1 night deposit will be charged , the balance due should be paid upon arrival presenting Credit Card and ID)
You are allowed to make 2 changes to your reservation; from the third change it will apply $80.00 USD fee each time.
